Morat Sunrise Concert reviews
Awesome - as always!
The band performed exceptionally well, showcasing some innovative guitar and drum solos. I had some reservations about the setlist, which is purely based on personal preference. For instance, instead of Say Yeah or Animal, I would have preferred 2 different songs alongside Modern Day Delilah. Although Crazy Nights was decent, I would have swapped it for a track from Love Gun or RnR Over. While I could have done without Shock Me, the solo section was impressive. Surprisingly, Beth was not as bad as expected when performed live. It was enjoyable to have Firehouse back in the setlist. The show's duration and flow were on point, especially since we were positioned near the soundboard and Paul's audience platform. The band's performance was once again solid, with Paul's vocals sounding much improved compared to their Hampton show last year. Implementing a weekend touring schedule seems like a wise decision. Meeting Doc McGhee, who appeared near the soundboard towards the end of the show, was the highlight of the evening.
